Hey There!
I am a junior at Watkinson School, where I serve as the captain of both the varsity volleyball and varsity track teams. In addition to athletics, I am the president of Rooted Together, the affinity club on campus for students of color in the Upper School, where I help create community and promote inclusion. I’m also a former USTAF athlete and currently play for Husky Volleyball, continuing to grow as both a leader and a competitor in the circle, on the court, and in my day-to-day life.
I am also a brand ambassador for Aerie, where I promote body positivity and confidence. Previously, I served as the Student Trustee at Watkinson, representing the student body on the school’s Board of Trustees. Beyond campus, I love traveling! I’m a Senior Counselor at Camp Ahimsa, helping guide younger students in leadership and mindfulness, and a consistent volunteer with the Hartford Catholic Worker, supporting community outreach and service initiatives.

Varsity Volleyball
Co-Captain
During the '25 season I was elected head Captain of the Girls Varsity volleyball team. I have played 4 varsity seasons and two seasons for Husky Volleyball. I am a 3x varsity award winner for Watkinson School. Volleyball is a huge part of my life, and it betters me as a person on and off the court!
Beads for Education
2022-2024
For the past 4 years, I have worked with the girls at Tambea High School, raising money for their school through Beads for Education. Through Zoom, letters, and emails, I've connected with the students at Tambea High School and helped run the Watkinson Read-a-Thon, which is dedicated to funding these girls' futures in a country where the cost of education is at an all-time high.
Rooted Together
President
I'm a co-president of Rooted Together, which is the affinity group on my school's campus for students of color in the upper school. Our goal is to have a safe space for students of color on campus to guarantee that they are seen and heard, and provide a comfortable environment to engage. We fundraise, advocate, and support one another.
Varsity Track and Field
Head Captain
I have been a field thrower for 6 years, and this past '25 season was my 5th season competing on Varsity for Watkinson. Previously, I have thrown for Capital City Track Team where I competed at both and AAU and USATF level. I competed in the 2021 Junior Olympics and I am ranked number 4 in New England for Shotput.
Senior Counselor

I am I 5th-year counselor for Camp Ahimsa hosted by the Hartford Catholic Worker. Ahimsa's mission is to take children out of inner city Hartford for the summer to Vouluntown, where they can engage with nature and grow as leaders!
Debate & Model UN
2020-now
I am a current member of the Watkinson Model UN group, where we attend conferences and develop valuable skills in public speaking, negotiation, research, critical thinking, and diplomacy. I have also competed in debate for Westfield Academy.
Varsity Track and Field
Student Trustee
Halfway through the 22-'24 School year, I was elected by my school's student body to represent students on the Board of Trustees. I wrote monthly reports to inform the board about the activities and developments within our school's student body.
Student Foundation is a student-led club on my school's campus that allows students to take active leadership roles i different settings both in and out of school. In 2022, I worked with the Student Foundation to raise money for Ukraine in the midst of the war recovery. This year will also be my second year attending the Turkey Drive, and we will create Dinner bags for families in need in the town of Hartford through the United Methodist Church.
